Welcome to our conference FAQ page! We understand that attending a conference can raise questions, especially if it’s your first time.
In this section, we’ve collected the most frequently asked questions from our attendees and answered them in detail to help you have a smooth experience. Whether it’s technical challenges, registration processes, or specific features of our platform, we have the answers you’re looking for.

To participate in a conference on-site or remotely, the check-in must be completed. To do so, log in with your user data and complete the check-in under “My Events”.
If you have upgraded your ticket to Fullstack access for 12 months, including 6 months of video access to the video recordings of your booked conference sessions, you will receive access to the entire Fullstack Experience including live events, courses (coming soon) and technical articles as soon as you have completed check-in.
You can follow your conference on the go in the entwickler.de app. There you have access to the program and can create your own schedule. Follow the live sessions and recordings when and where you want.
You can find our app in the Apple AppStore and on Google Play.
We appreciate your feedback. From the first day of your conference, you can provide feedback on the conference via the “Survey” section.
You can rate all sessions you attend. The rating is possible as soon as the session has started.
You can find the videos of the sessions via the menu item “Events & Tutorials” and here under “My Events”. There you select the corresponding event and can watch the videos of the sessions of your booked main conference days.
You can find the certificates of your conference via the menu item “Events” and here under “My Events”. There you select the corresponding event and can download the certificate.
You can ask questions via the live chat window. You can find it in the desktop view and also in the mobile app. This way, you can intervene in the live event at any time.
Note: Due to latency optimizations, the stream to the chat has a delay of about 10 seconds.
