Create new systems using Kubernetes building blocks
Recording available until May 02, 2023
Kubernetes isn’t just a neutral tool in the background – like all tools, it ultimately changes the way we work and design our application architectures.
What does this mean in practice? Kubernetes is strongly associated with microservices infrastructure; many consider it only as a deployment platform for various payloads. But actually, due to its nature, Kubernetes is an excellent foundation for resilient distributed systems with a small number of moving parts and straightforward operation. All essential building blocks are in place: internal elements of the cluster, custom resources, and operators. Join this session to explore reference architectures we can build with such techniques. We will be looking at examples from our practice as well as several project examples from CNCF.
