In “Built to Last: Angular’s Lessons in Framework Resilience,” we set off on a journey through the evolution of Angular. We’ll delve into the pivotal moments, both triumphs and setbacks, that have shaped Angular’s remarkable resilience over a decade of constant change.
Discover the key design decisions, community-driven improvements, and adaptive strategies that have enabled Angular to not only survive but thrive in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
Whether you’re a seasoned Angular developer or a newcomer to the framework, this talk will offer insights and inspiration for building frameworks, products, and even careers that are built to last.
This session helps determine the Micro Frontend landscape using Angular and Nx Workspace. Webpack 5 and Angular 12 provide the tooling and capabilities to leverage this new way of building, hosting, and delivering amazing web applications at scale.
After this session, you will understand exactly what a Micro Frontend application is, but more importantly, how to use the tools and CLIs available to scaffold, configure, and test multiple applications in a single development environment. We’ll explore Webpack 5 and Module Federation to understand what’s underneath the hood.
In today’s fast-paced digital landscape, the performance of web applications is paramount. Angular Hydration emerges as a critical optimization technique, bridging server-side rendering and client-side interactivity seamlessly.
This session delves into the benefits of Angular Hydration, highlighting its efficiency in reusing server-rendered DOM to reduce load times and improve Core Web Vitals like First Input Delay and Largest Contentful Paint. We’ll provide actionable insights on enabling hydration in Angular projects through practical code examples. Attendees will learn to elevate their web apps’ performance and user satisfaction efficiently.
Join us to master Angular Hydration, turning theoretical advantages into real-world application enhancements in under an hour.
Web development is on the cusp of a revolution and you need to be a part of it. Users are starting to expect applications to do things that previously required massive engineering efforts. You can harness the power of LLMs and other AI features to build applications that interact with your users in new ways.
Tired of web applications that feel static? In this action-packed session, Mark will show you how to use AI to transform your applications and reimagine the way you interact with users. Prepare to be inspired and empowered to reimagine the possibilities of your apps.
A large majority of the applications we write will inevitably include one or more forms. Whether login, account management, a contact or feedback page, or some core aspect of the application itself, they are here to stay. Because of their tedious nature (especially if they are long or complex), forms can be quite laborious to test making them prime candidates for unit testing.
In this talk we will look at some of the unit tests we can write against a reactive form written in Angular to validate that it does in fact behave the way we intend it to.
