Christian Weyer is co-founder and CTO of Thinktecture AG. As a Microsoft MVP, Microsoft RD and Google GDE, he is a passionate speaker at various software conferences and events worldwide. For more than 25 years, his heart has always been in the latest technologies and how to use them sensibly for modern software solutions. His current focus is on the implementation of Generative AI technologies for ISV and enterprise developers.
Sebastian Gingter - Thinktecture AG
Sebastian Gingter can look back on over twenty years of experience as a professional software developer. In the course of his work as a consultant at Thinktecture AG, however, his focus is firmly on the future: on modern (web) technologies, both on the client with Type and JavaScript, on Angular on the server with JavaScript under Node.js or with C# and .NET Core. He has been a fun and passionate explainer since 2008, speaks internationally at conferences and has published specialist articles.

Jörg Neumann is the founder and managing director of NeoGeeks GmbH. He has been advising companies for many years on technology selection, architecture and the design of apps and AI solutions. For his commitment in this area, he has received the “Most Valuable Professional” award from Microsoft several times, most recently in the areas of Azure OpenAI Service and Azure Machine Learning Platform. He regularly shares his knowledge in the form of books, articles in specialist journals and as a speaker and trainer at conferences and seminars.
Marco Frodl - Thinktecture AG
Marco Frodl is the Principal Consultant for Generative AI at Thinktecture AG and focuses on generative AI in the field of artificial intelligence. He is fascinated by the vision of being able to communicate with apps and devices in natural language. His consulting focus is the development of AI workflows using LLMs from OpenAI or Mistral as well as community-driven large language models such as Metas Llama2, Mixtral, Intel NeuralChat or DeepSeek Coder. He is a fan of LangChain and LangFuse because they allow complex AI processes to be packaged compactly and traced well.
Christian Liebel - Thinktecture AG
Christian Liebel is a developer at Thinktecture AG in Karlsruhe, where he develops modern cross-platform apps based on AngularJS, Cordova and .NET. He is enthusiastic about the new possibilities for application development that are opening up thanks to HTML5 and JavaScript.
Jose Luis Latorre Millas
José is a Microsoft AI MVP, Speaker, LinkedIn Learning Trainer, and K6 Champion. He is passionate about Azure Cloud and Generative AI, focusing on Agentic AI, Software Architecture, Performance, Profiling, and performance testing. José also loves UI/UX, particularly with XAML-based technologies, and was previously a Silverlight MVP. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and having fun while doing so, whether at user group talks, conferences, or training sessions. Currently, he works at Swiss Life as the Developer Community Lead and Software Architect, where he is helping define the AI Strategy.
