In this talk, I compare Spring Boot and Quarkus, two of the leading modern frameworks in Java development from a developer’s perspective. I will introduce the core functionalities of both frameworks and highlight their differences in functionality and development. Using a practical example from my work, I will demonstrate the implementation of an application in both frameworks to illustrate the differences in practice. This talk aims to help other Java developers gain insight into the advantages and disadvantages of Spring Boot and Quarkus.
